Coast & Wadi Shab
Experience the excitement of natures very own waterpark. This trip is packaged to give you the maximum amount of fun that can be had in one day. From Wadi Shab to the Bimah Sinkhole you will be jumping in and out of the water all day long. The crown jewel of the trip is the hidden waterfall in Wadi Shab. You will hike up the wadi until you reach a spectacular cave hidden in the mountain, and featuring a stunning waterfall.
Remember to take swim wear and comfortable shoes!

The hidden waterfall can only be accessed by swimming through deep water in a cave. It is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia or have weak swimming abilities. However, visitors can reach the end of the Wadi (just before the entrance to the hidden cave) without needing to swim.

Nizwa & Jebel Shams
This tour combines the very best of Omani culture and nature into one adventure-packed day. Explore Nizwa’s formidable fortress and fascinating traditional market, walk through the narrow windy streets of mudbrick houses in the old town of Al Hamra, and stand atop the highest mountain in Oman. Go from eating dates, Halwa (a traditional dessert made from dates and spices) and drinking cardamom coffee with charming local people, to staring in awe at Oman’s very own grand canyon.

If this tour is booked on Friday, visitors can attend the Cattle market in Nizwa (with a departure from Muscat at 6.00 am). Please note that the climate at Jebel Shams can be very cold. As such, we recommend that you bring warm clothes, as well as comfortable shoes with decent grip, for this trip.

Nizwa & Jebel Ahkdar
Start the day by visiting the impressive Nizwa Fort that historically protected the nearby oasis and plantations. Afterwards, visit the village of Birkat Al Mawz and its famous traditional irrigation system that has been listed to the UNESCO World Heritage List. After appreciating this rustic village, your guide will take you through Wadi Muyadin to Jebel Ahkdar, the rooftop garden of Oman where you can walk among the terraced rose-gardens and admire the breathtaking mountain views.

Wahiba Sands & Wadi Bani Khalid

Let us bring you on a thrilling ride through the undulating red and white dunes of the Wahiba Sands, where you can meet local Bedouin people and drive over colossal mountains of sand. After this dramatic experience, you will be brought to Wadi Bani Khalid, where water flows all year round, to cool off and swim in peace and tranquility.

Conservative swim wear is needed in Wadi Bani Khalid (covering shoulders and knees). A good idea is to wear a t-shirt and pair of shorts on top of your swimming costume. When wet, the rocks at the Wadi can be slippery. We recommend that you wear shoes with decent grip.

Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque
Modest clothing must be worn when visiting the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Men must wear long-sleeved shirts and trousers. Ladies must be fully covered (including head, arms, shoulders, knees, and ankles). Abayas can be rented in the reception area at the entrance of the mosque. The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is closed to visitors on Fridays. If your Half Day Tour begins on a Friday, arrangements will be made to see the mosque the following day in the morning.
Wadi Shab & Wadi Bani Khalid
Conservative swimwear is needed in Wadi Bani Khalid or Wadi Shab, covering the shoulders and knees. A good idea is to wear your swimming costume under an old t-shirt and a pair of long shorts. There are bathrooms near the coffee shop in the Wadi where you can change clothes. The Wadi Shab waterfall can only be accessed by swimming through deep water in a cave. It is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia or have weak swimming abilities.
