Day1: Ahlan Wa Sahlan
Muscat (Arrival) & Muscat City Tour
When you arrive, a Guide will be waiting to receive you from Muscat International Airport. He will take you to visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Muttrah Fish Market, the Royal Opera House, the Bait Al Zubair Museum, the old city of Muscat and Muttrah Souq. At the end of the day, you will return to your hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Muscat

Day2: The East Coast
Muscat- Sur – Ras Al Hadd (Tour Duration: 9hrs)
You will start by exploring the East Coast, where you visit the Dhow Factory in Sur. On the way, you will have the chance to hike and swim in Bimmah Sinkhole and Wadi Tiwi. Finish the day off with an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime encounter with the Green Sea Turtles. Overnight at Resort in Ras al Hadd

Day3: Captivating Minds
Ras Al Hadd – Wadi Bani Khalid – Desert (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
Venture into the famous Wahiba Sands. In preparation for the dryness of the desert, go first to Wadi Bani Khalid for soft hike and swim. Overnight at Camp in the Desert.

Day4: Sand & Sea
Desert (Crossing the desert) – Al Khaluf (Camping) (Tour Duration: 12hrs)
You will be crossing the desert for around three and a half hours. Your guide will take you on the exciting off-road journey that leads to Al Khaluf, where you will camp and spend the night. Overnight in tents.

Day5: Assortment of Nature
Al Khaluf – Al Shuwaymiah (Camping) (Tour Duration: 12hrs)
Enjoy a leisure morning at the Beach. Take some time to appreciate the breathtaking views of the Sugar Dunes. If you want to do some exploring, hop into your 4WD car and drive on the Dunes. In the late morning, you will head to Ash Shuwaymiyyah. You will camp and spend your night there. Overnight in tents.

Day6: Beauty of The South
Al Shuwaymiah- Mirbat – Salalah (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
Shuwaimiyah is one of the most beautiful coastal villages in Oman. It overlooks the Arabian Sea with its golden sands, pristine seabed, wide beaches, rare mountain range, and valleys roamed by some deer. Enjoy its atmosphere, after that, continue the way to Salalah, passing through Mirbat. Overnight at Hotel in Salalah.

Day7: Explore the West
Salalah (Tour Duration: 7hrs)
Salalah West you will visit (Qara-Mountain, Grambal of Prophet Nabi Ayoub , Mughsayl ). The drive up is a particularly scenic route and the Nabi Ayoub’s tomb is considered a must-visit not only for spiritual reasons but also for spectacular views of the surrounding plains and mountains. Proceed to Al Mughsayl Beach, which has Blowhole (perforations in the limestone rock). To the West of Salalah are many stretches of beautiful beaches and Mughsayl is one of the most popular spots. Overnight at Hotel in Salalah.

Day8: Explore the East
Salalah (Tour Duration: 7hrs)
Salalah East you will visit (Taqa, excavations of Al Baleed, Al Baleed Museum, Tomb Mosque of Mohamed bin Ali, Excavations of Samhuram at the Khor Rouri Lagoon). You will visit the fishing village of Taqqah, an old town with an interesting castle surrounded by watchtowers and stone houses. Drive to Wadi Darbat, the most unexpected site in Dhofar. The wadi is secreted in the mountains overlooking the site of Khor Rori, just after. The site of the ruined city Samhuram, and the capital of ancient Arabia’s Frankincense trade. Visit the twin domed Bin Ali’s Tomb as a photo stop, a classic example of medieval architecture. Overnight at Hotel in Salalah

Day9: Empty quarter
Salalah – Rub Al Khali (Camping) (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
The bleak, arid desert of Rub Al Khali or Empty Quarter stretches from the foothills of the mountain to an enormous sandy plain, which covers much of the area. The region is known for all its archaeological sites. On your way, you will stop at Thumrait for refreshment and continue your journey to Wadi Dawkah, where you will see the Frankincense Tree. Overnight in tents.

Day10: Treasure under the sand
Rub Al Khali (Camping) (Tour Duration: 6 hrs)
Visit the Lost City of Ubar and the ancient site where Archaeologists using remote sensing equipment discovered remains of the city in 1992. Ubar is believed to have been populated from about 2800 B.C. to about 300 A.D. and to have been at one time an important trading center for Frankincense before it was buried in the rising dunes. There is a small museum at the site displaying archaeological discoveries. Overnight in tents

Day11: Journey to the Interior
Rub Al Khali – Nizwa (Tour Duration: 13 hrs)
It is time for the interior of the country to soak up the rich cultural heritage of Oman. Explore the fort that dominates the center of Nizwa with its impressive keep and intriguing museum. (Overnight at Hotel in Nizwa)

Day12: Heart of Heritage
Nizwa- Bahla – Jibreen (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
In the morning, start your day by visiting Nizwa Souq, before visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bahla fort, and finally the elegant Jabreen Castle. Overnight at Hotel in Nizwa

Day13: Garden in the sky
Misfah- Birkat Al Mouz- Jabal Akhdar (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
After you enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will go for a full-day tour of the Jabal Akhdar Mountain. First, you will visit Birkat Al Mouz with its ingenious irrigation system. Then you will visit the charming farming villages of Al-Ayn and Al Aqor, which hang confidently on the edge of the Wadi Muyadin canyon. Afterwards, you will explore the Sayq plateau, looking at beautifully arranged gardens. Following a delightful meal, you will step back in time with a visit to the Wadi Bani Habib. In the late afternoon, you will return to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Nizwa.

Day14: Look down
Nizwa- Al Hamra- Misfah- Jebel Shams (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
Up, up and into the sky! Start the day by visiting the 500-year-old mudbrick town of Al Hamra. After exploring the ancient streets, you will go to the mountain oasis village of Misfat Al Abriyeen, with its lush and bountiful gardens. In the afternoon, your guide will take you to Jebel Shams, the tallest mountain in Oman, for a thrilling hike above Oman’s very own Grand Canyon. Overnight in Misfah.

Day15: Drive throw Snake Gorge
Back to Muscat via Wadi Bani Auf (Tour Duration: 8hrs)
We hope you have had as much fun visiting Oman as we have shown you! Unfortunately, all good things must eventually end, but at least we can keep some great memories! Your Guide will bring you back to Muscat by off-road crossing al Hajar Mountain via Wadi Bani Auf.

Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque
Modest clothing must be worn when visiting the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Men must wear long-sleeved shirts and trousers. Ladies must be fully covered (including head, arms, shoulders, knees, and ankles). Abayas can be rented in the reception area at the entrance of the mosque. The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is closed to visitors on Fridays. If your Half Day Tour begins on a Friday, arrangements will be made to see the mosque the following day in the morning.
Wadi Shab & Wadi Bani Khalid
Conservative swimwear is needed in Wadi Bani Khalid or Wadi Shab, covering the shoulders and knees. A good idea is to wear your swimming costume under an old t-shirt and a pair of long shorts. There are bathrooms near the coffee shop in the Wadi where you can change clothes. The Wadi Shab waterfall can only be accessed by swimming through deep water in a cave. It is not recommended for people who suffer from claustrophobia or have weak swimming abilities.
Jebel Shams
Please note that the climate at Jebel Shams can be very cold. As such, we recommend that you bring warm clothes, as well as comfortable shoes with decent grip.
